The Type of Work We Do
Our crews handle a mix of residential and commercial work throughout the growing and winter seasons.
Lawn care: mowing, trimming, clean‑ups, fertilizer and weed control support.
Landscaping and bed maintenance: mulching, plant and shrub care, edging, and basic hardscape support.
Snow services: shoveling, snowblowing, and assisting with plow routes during winter events.
You will work outdoors in changing weather, use a variety of equipment, and collaborate closely with a small crew to keep jobs moving safely and efficiently.
Seasonal and Year-Round Opportunities
We hire for both seasonal and year‑round roles, and most team members return season after season.
Spring–fall lawn care and landscaping positions.
Winter snow removal positions for early mornings, evenings, and storm‑based shifts.
Entry-level roles with on‑the‑job training and room to grow into lead or technician positions over time.
We are always looking for seasonal help, especially during our busiest months, and we welcome students, teachers, and anyone looking for outdoor work during the spring, summer, and fall.

Enjoy working outdoors and do not mind getting a little dirty.
Enjoy variable work schedules (Variable Work schedules vary widely, including standard 9-to-5, part-time, shift work, flexible hours, and rotating or compressed schedules, each designed to meet different business and employee needs.)
- Take pride in the details, from straight mowing lines to clean sidewalks and tidy beds.
- Can lift and carry equipment, work on your feet, and handle the physical side of the job.
Communicate respectfully with customers and teammates and show up ready to work every day.
Prior lawn care or landscaping experience is helpful but not required for many of our seasonal positions; we will train the right people who bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
